Roost Free Range Kitchen and Bar

TrueCraft’s restaurant and bar millwork package for Roost at the Hyatt Regency Greenville in Greenville, South Carolina, covered the bar, front-of-house millwork, and ceiling work in two dining areas.

Bar and Curved Slat Ceiling

A wave-form wood-slat ceiling runs the length of the bar. The architectural ceiling work creates sweeping curves above the service area, paired with a fluted bar front and back-bar millwork.

Lounge Divider and Front-of-House Millwork

A custom wood lattice room divider separates the lounge from the hotel lobby. The millwork scope also included the host stand and banquette frames.

Coffered Dining Room Ceiling

The second dining room sits adjacent to the bar. Its coffered ceiling installation forms a repeated grid above the dining area, where banquette seating lines the room.
